Hello future saints, and welcome to our website! My name is Millie, and my two lovely daughters are Samantha and Shannah. For the longest time, the three of us have been talking and dreaming about combining our talents to create a small business. In February 2022, we were inspired to launch an online website together and become Kingdom Entrepreneurs.

We believe that the name “Lilies of the Lion” was inspired by Holy Spirit. All we knew was that the name “Lilies” was given to us as a blessing from Grandma Rose: she named Samantha “Bright Lily” and Shannah “Smiling Lily.” Initially, we leaned towards choosing a humble little name, but Holy Spirit had a different plan for us and has given us this bold and beautiful name which we love. From time to time, I have to stop myself from roaring out loud like a lion. Needless to say, Narnia is now one our favorite movies.

Our adventure is still a work in progress and is not yet set in stone. We follow the spontaneous promptings of Holy Spirit and find joy in collaborating and creating. Samantha and Shannah have both loved music ever since they were children, and they grew up engaging in Music Ministry. The famous expression of St. Augustine, “He who sings prays twice,” has inspired them to think about uploading some of their singing to YouTube. We hope that you will look out for those videos and that they will bring you joy and peace.

I have always liked the idea that we are all called to be saints, which is why I have titled my media outreach “Steps with Saints.” Many great saints gone before us are a great inspiration for me, as they put into perspective the trials and challenges that I am faced with every day. Whenever I enter a town, drive through a street or enter a building that is named after a saint, I make a point to acknowledge and that saint with a simple greeting. It is comforting to know that I have many dear friends who constantly pray for and encourage me to persevere and walk in the light of Jesus Christ.  

With creativity comes the desire to make and produce things. Our hand-crafted items are all made with love. We are small but mighty, and the three of us are each unique; thus, we hope to bring forth a dynamic charisma to our patrons. Our ultimate goal is that you will find joy and peace as you accompany us on this great adventure.
